The Arts Institute is located in the
University of Dayton’s
ArtStreet Center on the campus of the
University
of Dayton and on the site of the annual Dayton
Irish Festival.
ArtStreet is a unique learning and living arts complex located in
the heart of the South Student Neighborhood at the University of Dayton.
Providing housing for 58 juniors and seniors of all majors,
ArtStreet combines
innovative living spaces with multi-purpose studio facilities.
ArtStreet is a
part of the Learning Village, a university initiative to integrate academic and
experiential learning with residential and community living.
Parking: Private lesson and workshop participant users should park in the ArtStreet Lot on Lawnview St. Here are the directions to the lot and to the ArtStreet office. Street parking is also available.

From I-75, southbound (from Toledo) Exit #51 at Edwin C. Moses Boulevard. Turn left and follow Edwin C. Moses Boulevard east to Stewart Street. Turn right and continue on Stewart Street to Brown Street. Turn right onto Brown Street(Erma Bombeck Way), then left onto Kiefaber Street (just past Frank Z car lot). Continue on Kiefaber Street for 2 blocks; you will see ArtStreet on your right. Turn right onto Lawnview Ave, the parking lot is on your right (next to the outdoor amphitheatre). You may also park on the street. Workshop check-in is in the ArtStreet office (Studio O); look for the signs.

Turn right onto Kiefaber Street (just past Pine Club and Buffalo Wild Wings). Continue on Kiefaber Street for 2 blocks; you will see ArtStreet on your right. Turn right onto Lawnview Ave; the parking lot is on your right (next to the outdoor amphitheatre). You may also park on the street.
